• Contact me with your details requesting an appointment. You do not have to give details about your child’s problems if you do not wish as these email addresses may not be secure.

• Tell if you would prefer a clinic appointment in JPUH, Gorleston (below) or the Spire in Norwich ( You can book direct with the Spire on 01603 255574)

• Use the email address clinic@drjohnchapman.co.uk  to send your request. Expect a reply within two working days.

• Please send an email and I will be in touch to discuss organise an appointment.
